Set in the heart of California’s sun-soaked Coachella Valley, this five-day experience blends structured swim training with restorative recovery, community connection, and quiet luxury.

You’ll stay at the iconic Sparrow Lodge—a mid-century hideaway known for its serene aesthetic, courtyard dinners, and palm-lined poolside moments. Mornings begin with swim sessions at the Palm Springs Swim Center, a 50-meter public pool surrounded by mountain views. Afternoons offer guided movement, mindfulness workshops, desert hikes, and curated spa treatments, all designed to help you reset both mentally and physically. It’s equal parts training camp and wellness retreat—with room to push yourself, rest deeply, and return home recharged.

  • Guests will arrive in Palm Springs and be transferred from the airport to our hotel, Sparrow Lodge. After settling in, enjoy a light welcome reception with refreshments and juices in the courtyard.

Later that evening, we’ll gather for a restorative travel yoga session to reset after the day’s journey, followed by our first group dinner, prepared by chef John Butler and served outdoors. A relaxed start to the week and a chance to meet the group.
